The Microbial System

Our concentrated, dry blend of stabilized micro-biologics and micronutrients is designed to increase the digestion of fat, oil, and grease in wastewater systems where additional gases are created. It delivers multipronged aerobic and anaerobic biology with limiting micronutrients built in using nanotechnology – able to live off of all waste matter and further digest post-treatment spent biosolids that conventional solutions leave behind.

Site Assessment

We evaluate your facility's waste volume, lagoon depth, digester configuration, and compliance status to design a dosing plan matched to your specific influent and operational conditions.

Direct Application

The product can be applied through a wet well, settling tanks, trickling filters, and/or digestors – or distributed directly across the water surface or into the water column. No infrastructure changes required.

Ongoing Monitoring

We track biosolids reduction, gas output, BOD and COD levels, and odor over time – adjusting dosing to maintain performance and support inspection readiness.

Organic Digestion

Live microorganisms consume floating solids, sludge-forming organics, and residual fats, oils, and grease – liquifying crust and reducing floating solids and organic residue by organic digestion.

Gas Conversion

As more volatile solids are broken down through multiple micronutrient-reinforced food cycles, a greater share of feedstock is transformed into biogas – increasing gas production without changing inputs.
